The conference is much bigger than I expected. Registration was madness. Next year I'll skip registering in person and have my package mailed. I met a grad student from the FIMS program on the flight - he'll be presenting a paper on Monday.
My hotel has a beautiful view of the Charles River and is right across the street from Bukowski's Bar.
